The ABOUT A STOOL FABRIC combines an upholstered fabric seat shell with a wood frame. The oval seat shell is covered in light gray fabric and tilts slightly backward, which supports the back without requiring a separate backrest. The four light wood legs taper toward the bottom and stand at a stable angle.

The overall height of 86 cm and the seat height of approximately 76 cm suit common cocktail tables and counters. The chrome-plated metal footrest runs in a diamond shape between the legs and sits at a comfortable height, which relieves the legs during longer periods of sitting.

The fabric upholstery feels warmer and less cool than plastic or leather. The wood legs add natural materiality without appearing heavy. The chrome footrest adds a technical accent and reinforces the frame.
