The Alcove Plus Highback Work is a sofa whose tall, wraparound upholstered walls form a screened alcove. The backrest and both side walls are divided into horizontal upholstered panels, which create visual structure and seating comfort at the same time. A small white shelf is mounted on the left and serves as a work or storage surface. The unit stands on four slim metal legs.
Dimensions are not yet available. The seat height and overall height are important for planning but cannot currently be stated. The seat width and the depth of the alcove determine how many people can be seated.
The tall side walls shield conversations and computer work from the surrounding area. This makes the sofa a retreat in open spaces, for two-person meetings, focused work, or phone calls that others should not overhear. The shelf holds a laptop, documents, or drinks.
This sofa is suitable for trade show booths with a meeting area, lounges at congresses, and break areas in meeting hotels. It fits reception areas where waiting time should be more pleasant, and coworking areas at corporate events.
