The ASPEN buffet module consists of a closed white cabinet with a smooth surface. Several rectangular stainless steel chafing dishes with glass lids are recessed into the countertop. The cabinet provides storage space below the work surface. The front remains closed and has no visible handles.
The module measures 150 cm in width, 95 cm in height and 80 cm in depth. The working height is within the usual range for buffet setups. The recessed chafing dishes keep food warm and are accessible from above.
The closed construction hides storage containers and equipment. The smooth white surface can be wiped clean and fits into a variety of room designs. Several modules can be placed side by side to form a continuous buffet line.
