The Avantgarde buffet unit is a freestanding module with a closed white front and a recessed stainless steel tray on the work surface. The tray is divided into four sections and holds Gastronorm containers or cooling packs. Four transport eyelets on the back make setup and positioning easier. The surface is smooth and seamless.
The unit measures 200 cm in width, 94 cm in depth and 90 cm in height. The working height is therefore within the common range for standing work and serving. The closed front conceals storage crates, cooling units or stacks of dishware. Application photos show indirect lighting under the work surface. It is not specified whether this is included in the scope of delivery.
The white surface looks neutral and fits into a range of room concepts. The stainless steel tray is durable and can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The module stands freestanding and does not require a wall connection. Several units can be placed side by side to form a continuous buffet line.
