The Avantgarde Salad Counter is a freestanding buffet counter with a white, closed cabinet body. Several rectangular stainless steel pans are set into the work surface, offering space for salads, side dishes and dressings. Behind them runs a continuous planter trough in which fresh herbs can be displayed. This gives the buffet a lively, fresh look and sets it apart from typical buffet setups.
The counter measures 200 cm in width, 94 cm in depth and 90 cm in height. The working height corresponds to common cocktail table heights and allows guests to serve themselves comfortably. The smooth, white surface can be wiped clean and fits into light, modern room concepts. The photos show colored lighting on the underside, which further highlights the buffet area.
The counter is suitable for salad buffets, appetizer areas and catering setups where fresh ingredients are the focus. The planter trough can be stocked with basil, parsley or arugula, which emphasizes the freshness of the food and gives the buffet a distinctive look.
