The BELMONTE is an upholstered lounge armchair with a cubic base shape. Tall side panels and a continuous backrest form a closed seat shell that provides support from all sides. The lavender fabric cover wraps the entire upholstered body. A loose back cushion rests on the seat. The frame is made of chrome-plated metal tubing that runs under the armchair in an X shape and is designed as a runner.
With a width of 80 cm, a depth of 75 cm and an overall height of 76 cm, the armchair offers a generous seat area. The seat height of 40 cm is typical for lounge armchairs and allows relaxed, reclined seating. The cubic form makes efficient use of the floor area.
The chrome runner frame elevates the upholstered body so that it appears to float. The X shape distributes the load across four contact points and gives the armchair a stable footing. The frame remains visible and creates a graphic contrast to the soft upholstery. The armchair stands freely and can be accessed from all sides.
