This electric grill plate is designed as a tabletop unit and features a rectangular grilling surface with three side splash guard panels. The fourth side remains open to allow access to the food. The stainless steel housing has a smooth finish, and the grilling surface sits flat in the pan.
The grill plate measures 40 cm in width and 20 cm in height. The connected load is 3 kW at 230 V. A standard Schuko plug is sufficient. The control panel on the front has two indicator lights and a rotary dial for temperature adjustment. The four adjustable feet compensate for uneven surfaces.
The three-sided splash guard keeps grease and liquid on the grilling surface, and the open side makes it easier to turn and remove food. The unit heats up quickly and can be adjusted steplessly. After use, the grilling surface can be wiped clean, and the smooth stainless steel surfaces are resistant to wear.
The grill plate is suitable for catering at corporate events, for food preparation at a buffet, or for use in temporary kitchen areas at trade shows and festivals. We deliver nationwide, and on request with additional kitchen equipment, setup and pickup.
