The table top consists of several solid wood planks laid side by side, with visible longitudinal joints and natural grain. The edges follow the natural shape of the tree and remain irregular. The wood is either left natural or oiled and shows the structure of the material. The frame consists of two rectangular stainless steel columns standing on a shared base plate.
At 160 cm long and 80 cm wide, the table provides room for six to eight people standing. The standing height of 110 cm matches the usual work height of cocktail tables and allows relaxed standing without leaning forward. The 80 cm width leaves room for glasses, plates and decoration without guests getting in each other's way from both sides.
The double-column frame stands freely and does not need to be placed against a wall. The two columns distribute the weight evenly and give the long top sufficient support. The base plate is large enough to keep the table stable even when leaned on from the side. Stainless steel is resistant to moisture and can be wiped down after the event.
