This carving fork made of polished stainless steel brings classic flatware for professional serving and carving. Two long, pointed tines hold roasts, poultry and large cuts of meat securely while they are being sliced or portioned. The smooth handle sits well in the hand and has a high-gloss surface without decoration.
At 22.5 cm long, the fork is suited to medium to large roasts and keeps enough distance from the cutting surface. The tines are long enough to reach into thicker pieces without the hand coming too close to the blade.
The smooth stainless steel surface can be quickly wiped clean after use and is dishwasher safe. For buffets, banquets and catering orders where carving or serving takes place in front of guests, this fork is part of the basic equipment.
