The CATIFA is a shell chair with a continuously formed plastic shell. The shell is two-tone: the seat and the inside of the backrest are white, while the back and the outer edges are red. The frame is made of chrome-plated round tubing and stands on four legs with plastic glides.
The dimensions are 55 cm width, 51 cm depth and 80 cm overall height. The shell sits on a metal bracket that is bolted to the frame. The form is slightly curved and gives the seat an ergonomic dip.
The chair can be stacked, and the frame is designed for this. The smooth plastic surface is wipeable. The chrome-plated frame gives the chair a clean, graphic look. The two-tone finish provides an accent without appearing overpowering.
