The CATIFA Lounge is a lounge armchair with a continuous sand seat shell and a chrome runner frame. The shell is curved and runs without interruption from the backrest across the seat surface, a shape that supports the back while inviting users to lean back. The frame consists of two chrome metal runners that run under the shell at the front and rear and give the armchair a stable footing.
With a width of 69 cm, a depth of 64 cm and an overall height of 70 cm, the armchair offers enough room for relaxed seating. The seat height of 39 cm is typical for lounge areas: lower than a conference chair and more comfortable for longer stays. The curved backrest reaches an overall height of 70 cm and supports the upper back.
The chrome runner frame gives the armchair a light, modern appearance and makes it look less bulky than enclosed base designs. The runners allow the armchair to be slid across smooth floors without tilting, and they give the seat a slight spring. The sand-colored shell fits into light interior concepts and can be combined with a variety of colors and materials.
