The CATIFA MEETING is a conference chair with a horizontally ribbed, padded seat shell in white. The shell is shaped like a bucket and provides seat and back surface in one piece. The back is smooth and finished in a lighter gray tone. The frame consists of four slim metal legs in anthracite that converge at a central swivel column.
The overall height of 80 cm corresponds to a typical seat height for conference chairs and fits standard meeting tables. The base area of 52 × 52 cm keeps the space requirement low. Several chairs can be grouped closely around a table without the legs colliding.
The four-legged swivel base with glides allows the chair to be turned and moved without lifting. The glides protect the floor and operate quietly, an advantage in rooms with wood or laminate floors. The upholstery gives the seat a soft feel without making the chair heavy or unwieldy.
