The CATIFA is a stacking chair with a one-piece seat shell made of white plastic and a chrome-plated metal frame. The shell is smooth, without upholstery, and joins seat and backrest in an organic shape. The four-leg frame, made of slender chrome-plated metal, angles slightly outward and gives the chair a stable footing.
The seat height of 45 cm matches the standard height for dining tables and conference tables. The overall height of 79 cm stays below the table edge of common meeting tables. With a width of 56 cm and a depth of 51 cm, the chair fits tables with a depth of 70 cm or more without the backrest touching the edge.
The smooth surface of the plastic seat shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The design allows several chairs to be stacked, which reduces the space needed for storage and transport. The chrome-plated frame tolerates frequent repositioning.
