This contact grill operates with two grill plates: the lower plate is smooth and the upper plate is ridged. The hinged lid opens and closes using a handle. The housing is made of white metal and stands on four feet.
The temperature can be continuously adjusted between 50° and 300°C. The front control panel has a rotary dial, indicator lights and a main switch. The power output is 3.4kW at 230V mains voltage.
The grill is suitable for panini, sandwiches, steaks and vegetables. The different plate surfaces allow for different grilling results: smooth for even browning, ridged for grill marks. Contact from above and below shortens cooking time.
Suitable for catering, corporate events, sporting events and street festivals. We deliver nationwide, and on request with additional kitchen equipment, setup and pickup.
