This swivel armchair takes its form from its name: the egg-shaped seat shell wraps around the sitter from the sides and from above, creating a sheltered, inward-facing seating position. Seat, back and armrests flow into one another without interruption. The orange fabric cover is fully upholstered, and the surface is smooth with no visible seams. The frame is made of chrome-plated metal: a four-star base supports a central column that holds the shell.
The dimensions of 86 × 95 × 107 cm make the armchair an eye-catching seating piece that takes up space and has presence. The height of the shell extends above the head height of a seated adult and provides visual and acoustic screening. The 360-degree swivel makes it possible to change the direction of view without moving the armchair.
The armchair is suited to lounge areas where guests want to withdraw while remaining in the room. The enveloping shape provides support and separation, while the swivel keeps contact with the room. The bold color creates an accent and makes the armchair a landmark within the space.
This armchair is ideal for reception areas at trade shows, for lounge islands at corporate events, or for quiet zones at meetings. We deliver nationwide, with matching side tables, setup and pickup available on request.
