This double deep fryer consists of two stainless steel fry pots arranged side by side. Each pot holds 10 liters of frying oil and has its own wire basket for lowering and lifting the food. The fold-up lids with viewing windows help contain splatter and can be opened during operation. The front has two red control buttons and rotary dials for temperature control on each side. The entire housing is made of brushed stainless steel.
The fryer is 76 cm wide and 36 cm high. Each pot is powered through a separate 230 V connection at 3.3 kW. The two power cables with Schuko plugs are visible on the sides of the housing. The depth is not recorded, but it can be estimated from the photo at approximately 50 cm, which would match the T50 designation.
The two independent pots allow two different foods to be fried at the same time or at different temperatures. The removable wire baskets make it easier to load and empty the fryer. The stainless steel construction is resistant to grease and heat and can be wiped clean after use.
