The DSR is a chair with a one-piece plastic seat shell in matte black. The shell is organically shaped, with the seat and backrest flowing seamlessly into one another. Beneath it, a chrome-plated wire frame with four legs angled outward is connected by crossbars to form a distinctive Eiffel Tower construction. Black plastic glides are fitted to the ends of the legs.
The seat height of 43 cm suits standard tables measuring 72 to 76 cm in height. The overall height of 83 cm stays below the tabletop edge, so the chair can be pushed fully under the table. At 47 cm wide and 55 cm deep, it takes up little floor space.
The wire frame makes the chair lightweight and stackable. The glides protect the floor and allow quiet movement. The smooth surface of the shell is wipeable.
