The DSW is a chair with an organically shaped seat shell made of black plastic. The shell is smoothly finished and seamless. Four legs of light natural wood, angled outward, support the structure. Between the legs run black metal struts in the characteristic Eiffel Tower bracing. They connect the legs to one another and give the chair its structural lightness.
The seat height of 43 cm matches the standard height for dining tables and conference tables. The overall height of 83 cm allows the chair to be pushed under common tables. With a width of 47 cm and a depth of 55 cm, the seat offers enough room for extended sitting.
The combination of plastic shell and wooden legs makes the chair easy to handle and transport. The smooth surface of the seat shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The metal bracing stabilizes the structure and distributes the load evenly across all four legs.
