The Egg swivel armchair combines an organic form with a clear design language. The seat shell wraps around the user on three sides: a high backrest and forward-extending side wings form one closed unit. The continuous upholstery is trimmed with a contrast stitch that emphasizes the shape. The cover in white yacht leather T79 S is smooth and wipeable.
The base consists of a four-arm cross base made of chrome-plated metal. The seat shell is mounted centrally so it can swivel. At 86 cm wide, the armchair seats one person, and the 40 cm seat height corresponds to a standard armchair height. The overall height of 107 cm screens the seated person at the back without dominating the space.
The swivel function lets you reposition the armchair without standing up, which is useful in lounge areas, at reception tables, or in conversation groups. The smooth surface of the yacht leather can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The chrome base stands stable and gives the shell shape a graphic contrast.
