This electric grill operates with two independently adjustable heating zones. Each zone can be set to a specific temperature with its own rotary control and switched on and off with a rocker switch with indicator light. The stainless steel housing is solidly built, and the recessed grill surface with a raised rim around its edge keeps food and grease on the surface.
With a width of 22 cm, a depth of 66 cm and a height of 53 cm, the unit fits standard work tables and catering carts. The total output of 6 kW allows fast heat-up and even heat distribution. It connects to 400 V three-phase power through a 16 A CEE plug.
Separate control of the two zones makes it possible to run different grilling temperatures at the same time or to use only one side when less output is needed. This saves energy and provides flexibility when requirements change. The indicator lights show at a glance which zone is active.
