The Epson ColorWorks C3500 is a compact inkjet printer for color labels, name badges and badges. The white plastic housing measures 31 × 28 × 26 cm and weighs 12 kg. The unit fits on any reception table and can be moved quickly. A green display with control buttons is located on the top, and the output slot at the front delivers finished prints. The integrated cutter separates each label automatically, so no manual trimming is required.
The printer processes labels up to 104 mm wide and prints in color. Logos, QR codes, photos and text are reproduced clearly and in vivid color. This makes it a first choice for name badges with company colors, badges with attendee photos or admission tickets with security features. Print speed is sufficient for ongoing registration without lines forming.
The unit operates freestanding and requires only power and a data cable. It can be connected to registration software and prints on demand or automatically from the attendee list. For printing on site on request, such as for late arrivals, replacement badges or spontaneous guests, the result is in hand within seconds. The integrated cutter saves time and ensures that each badge is cleanly finished.
