The FJORD is a shell chair with integrated armrests on a chrome-plated runner frame. The seat shell is two-tone: the inside has black upholstery, and the outside is finished in white. The armrests flow organically out of the shell and provide lateral support.
The overall height is 73 cm, the width 58 cm, and the depth 55 cm. The runner frame made of chrome-plated metal runs trapezoid-shaped under the seat shell and ends in plastic glides. The seat height is not recorded separately, but based on the design it can be classified as a standard chair height – suitable for tables 72 to 76 cm high.
The runner frame makes the chair cantilevered and gives slightly when sitting. The glides protect the floor and allow smooth repositioning. The two-tone shell adds a graphic accent without appearing intrusive. The chair can be pulled in from the side without chair legs getting in the way.
