This gas grill is built for mobile use in catering. Six individual grill zones can be controlled independently using rotary knobs on the front. The shared stainless steel lid protects the grill surface and retains heat.
The unit measures 129 cm in width and 92 cm in height. The grill surface offers space for larger quantities, which is ideal when many guests need to be served at the same time. The controls are mounted at working height, and indicator lights show the operating status of each zone.
The base frame is made of square tubing and carries four swivel casters. The grill can be moved during operation, for example from the prep area to the serving area. The gas connection is made via a hose with a pressure regulator. A standard gas cylinder is sufficient.
