This food warming lamp is designed as a freestanding unit. The rectangular housing made of light-colored metal is supported by two parallel T-shaped feet. The square-tube construction provides stable footing on the work surface. A rotary control on the housing adjusts the heat output.
The design allows flexible use over serving counters, serving stations and buffet areas. The unit requires no wall or ceiling mounting and can be placed wherever food needs to be kept warm. The feet raise the heat source to a height that is typically above gastronorm containers or serving trays.
It is used wherever food must be kept ready to serve over an extended period: at the serving counter for catering, above the buffet at receptions, or in the show kitchen at live cooking events. The adjustable heat output suits different types of food. The unit operates without an open flame and is therefore also suitable for use indoors and under tent roofs.
