The Fresh Antipasti Tongs consist of two parallel stainless steel arms, connected at the lower end by a U-shaped bend that provides spring action. The upper ends are slightly widened and flattened to grip food securely. The surface is highly polished.
With a length of 18 cm, the tongs sit comfortably in the hand and extend beyond the rim of the plate. The spring action of the U-shape keeps the tongs open on their own and allows them to be operated with one hand.
The tongs are suitable for antipasti, pastries, cheese cubes, olives and other small dishes. Stainless steel is durable, wipes clean and is dishwasher safe.
