This industrial burner is an electric cooktop with a round black cooking plate on a box-shaped stainless steel housing. The unit stands on an open four-legged stainless steel frame, with an additional shelf underneath that holds pots or tableware. The front has two indicator lights, a rotary dial for temperature control and an appliance connector. Side ventilation slots provide heat dissipation.
The unit is 60 cm wide and 72 cm high. It connects via a CEE plug to 400 V three-phase power with a 6.3 kW rating and 16 A fuse protection. The cooking plate is suitable for large pots and pans, and the shelf below keeps cookware within reach.
The open frame allows quick access to the shelf and makes cleaning easier. The stainless steel construction is resistant to splashed water and grease. The unit can be disassembled and transported after the event.
This industrial burner is suitable for catering jobs, field kitchens at corporate events and mobile cooking stations at markets or festivals. We deliver nationwide, and on request with additional kitchen equipment, setup and pickup.
