The Milano is a wood chair with four horizontal rungs in the backrest and a round, upholstered seat. The frame is made of dark brown stained wood, and the seat cover is black faux leather with a smooth, glossy surface. The backrest is tilted slightly backward, and the top rail is gently curved. The legs taper toward the floor and splay slightly outward, which gives the chair stability and makes it look lighter.
The seat height falls within the usual range for banquet seating and works with tables at a standard height of 72 to 76 cm. The upholstered seat is more comfortable than a bare wood surface but stays low enough that the chair does not sit too high. The ladder back provides support without restricting the back, and it lets light and sightlines pass through the room.
The black faux leather cover can be wiped down with a damp cloth and resists spills, so stains do not show right away. The dark brown wood tolerates signs of use better than light finishes and fits into traditional event spaces without standing out. The chair is stackable, which simplifies setup and teardown and saves storage space between events.
