This mobile grease trap is designed as a closed stainless steel container on swivel casters. The lid is secured by four bail clamps and can be fully opened for emptying and cleaning. Stainless steel carrying handles are located on both long sides.
A brass drain valve with a red handwheel is located at the lower front, and a round connection nozzle for the inlet is on the left side. Inside is a sludge basket that retains solids before the grease is separated. The stainless steel construction is resistant to grease, hot water, and cleaning agents.
The four swivel casters allow the container to be placed at changing locations and rolled away after use. This is particularly advantageous for temporary kitchens, catering setups, and large events with changing locations. The grease trap operates without a power connection and can be emptied through the drain valve.
