The placid.14 armchair combines a softly upholstered seat shell with a distinctive metal frame. The round shell is fully covered in gray velvet and, thanks to its backward-sloping shape, provides a comfortable backrest. The side cheeks wrap around the seat and give the armchair its characteristic silhouette. The frame consists of two crossing metal bars in gold tone that form an X-shaped runner base.
At 72 cm wide, the seat shell offers ample room without taking up too much floor space. The 53 cm depth allows a relaxed seating position, and the overall height of 84 cm provides upright back support. The runner frame lifts the shell off the floor and makes the armchair appear light and open.
The velvet cover is wipeable and holds up to event use. The metal frame is solidly built and supports the weight of the shell without visible deformation. The armchair can be set up without tools and is just as quickly dismantled after the event. Several units can be placed side by side without the runners interlocking.
This armchair is ideal for lounge areas at evening events, reception areas at trade shows, or the seating group at a corporate party. We deliver nationwide and, on request, provide matching side tables, sofas, and rugs, along with setup and pickup.
