This serving spoon is made of black polyamide and has an overall length of 35 cm. The oval bowl is deeply curved and holds a generous portion. The handle is long enough to keep the hand clear of heat when serving from deep bowls and pots. A continuous loop at the end of the handle allows the spoon to be hung up.
At 35 cm long, the spoon reaches the bottom of standard Gastronorm (GN) containers and serving bowls. The deep bowl gives control while portioning, without sauce or side dishes running over the edge. Polyamide withstands temperatures up to approximately 180 °C, is food-safe, and can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
The spoon is lightweight, sits steadily in the hand, and does not flex when portioning. The matte surface shows signs of use less visibly than a glossy finish. The hanging loop allows the spoon to be stored within reach on a hook rail or a frame.
