This insert is a rectangular porcelain bowl in 1/2 GN gastronorm format, 6 cm deep. The walls are slightly sloped and the base is flat. The surface is white glazed and smooth.
The 1/2 GN format corresponds to the standard dimensions of 325 × 265 mm and fits standard gastronorm frames, chafing dishes and buffet setups. The 6 cm depth provides room for side dishes, salads, desserts or finger food.
Porcelain is dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and does not transfer flavors. The smooth glaze is easy to clean. Unlike stainless steel inserts, porcelain gives a warmer, more inviting look on the buffet.
Ideal for buffets at corporate events, weddings and meetings, for food service at catering events, or as a presentation bowl at trade shows. We deliver nationwide, and on request we can supply matching buffet setups, warming systems and additional tableware, along with setup and pickup.
