The Pure Cheese Knife combines a perforated blade with a two-tine fork at the tip. Three large cutouts in the blade prevent soft and semi-hard cheese from sticking to the cutting edge. The cut is clean, and the piece can be lifted directly onto the tines.
The overall length of 27 cm provides enough leverage for larger cheese wheels and is also long enough for work at the buffet table. The cylindrical stainless steel handle sits securely in the hand and can be hung by its eyelet.
The knife is wipe-clean and resistant to moisture. It is suitable for use at catering buffets, wine tastings, and cheese platters at receptions.
