The SEELA is a stacking chair with a white plastic shell and a light wood seat pad. The frame is made of white round tube in runner form. Two parallel arches on each side support the shell and are connected beneath the seat. The backrest is molded in one piece with the seat shell and tilts slightly backward.
The dimensions of 54 × 53 × 79 cm result in a seat height suitable for standard tables. The overall height of 79 cm stays below the usual table edge and allows the chair to be pushed under the table. The wood seat pad shows visible grain and contrasts in color with the white shell.
The runner frame allows several chairs to be stacked on top of each other. The arches nest into one another without the need for connecting elements. This saves space during storage and transport and allows quick setup and teardown of larger rows of chairs.
