This small dish of white porcelain has a rectangular base with rounded corners. Three parallel grooves run across the center from the long side toward the middle. They hold olive oil or balsamic vinegar and keep the liquid where it belongs. The smooth, glossy surface wipes clean quickly after use.
With a diameter of 11 cm, the dish fits beside any plate without taking up much space. It lies flat on the table and does not tip. The slightly raised rim keeps small amounts of liquid securely in the dish.
