The SPUN is a freestanding swivel armchair formed from two cones that merge into one another. The entire surface is covered with encircling grooves that follow the sculptural form. The material is through-dyed plastic, in this version in a bold red. The upper hollow forms the seat, and the lower cone forms the base.
At a height of 65 cm, with a width and depth of 91 cm each, the armchair takes up space and remains swivelable. The low seat height invites relaxed lounging, and the shape allows several seating positions. The weight and wide base keep it stable without needing to be fastened to the floor.
The SPUN is designed for outdoor use and withstands the weather. The smooth surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The shape makes it stackable: several armchairs can be nested and stored in a space-saving way. This simplifies transport and storage between show periods.
