This serving cart carries three rectangular stainless steel trays, each with a raised edge. The frame is made of chrome-plated steel tubing with continuous posts at all four corners. Handle bars run along both long sides to make pushing and steering easier.
The three levels together offer ample surface area for dishes, glasses, flatware, or prepared food. The raised edge keeps items on the tray and prevents them from sliding off. At 82 cm wide, the cart fits through standard doorways and between rows of tables.
Four swivel casters, two of them with locking brakes, make the cart mobile and stable at the same time. It can be quickly rolled from the kitchen to the buffet or from the service counter to a guest table and locked in place there. The chrome surface is wipeable and holds up to use in kitchen and service areas.
