This pan rack trolley is a transport trolley for commercial kitchens, catering, and event food service. The construction is made entirely of stainless steel. Two vertical guide rails provide 17 insertion levels each, spaced 74 mm apart. Each level holds a tray, sheet pan, or Gastronorm container in 1/1 format. The side-mounted push handle is ergonomically curved and allows safe steering even when fully loaded.
The 17 insertion levels make it possible to transport large quantities in a small footprint. The 74 mm spacing between levels accommodates flat trays, sheet pans, and most Gastronorm containers. The stainless steel construction is resistant to moisture, heat, and cleaning agents.
Four swivel casters make the trolley maneuverable and easy to move. The side push handle leaves the front open, so trays can be removed from the front without the handle getting in the way. The sturdy base plate distributes the weight evenly across all four casters.
