The universal tongs are a versatile kitchen tool for use at events. The two wide, slotted grip surfaces hold food securely without crushing it. The slots let liquid drain off and provide grip when turning grilled food or baked goods.
At a length of 29 cm, the tongs reach far enough into chafing dishes and Gastronorm containers without the hand getting too close to the heat source. The handles fit well in the hand and allow precise work, even during extended use.
