The About a Stool AAS 33 bar stool combines an upholstered seat shell with a wood frame of four angled legs. The oval seat is covered in gray fabric and slightly curved inward. The frame is made of light wood, presumably oak, and has an encircling metal footrest at mid-height.
The seat height is designed for cocktail tables and allows an upright seating position at high tables and counters. The footrest provides support and relieves the legs during extended sitting. The angled legs ensure a stable footing.
The fabric covering feels comfortable to the touch and appears less cold than plastic or leather. The wooden legs add warmth to the look and complement natural materials such as solid wood tables or light wood floors. The metal footrest adds a technical accent.
