This lid made of polished stainless steel fits 1/3 Gastronorm containers. The centrally mounted bail handle, made of round stainless steel tubing, stands high and allows safe lifting even when hot. The smooth surface can be wiped clean, and the rim around the edge ensures a firm fit on the container.
The 1/3 GN format is a standard size in food service and fits most warming systems, chafing dishes and transport containers. The lid keeps food warm, protects it from contamination and reduces heat loss during transport.
The stainless steel lid is resistant to moisture, heat and mechanical stress. It can be stacked, cleaned and run through a dishwasher. Designed for continuous use in catering operations.
