The Volt is a stackable chair made of matte black plastic. The seat and backrest form one continuous shell, and the legs angle outward and are joined to the seat shell. The construction has no screws or visible joints.
The seat height of 46 cm matches the standard height for dining tables and conference tables measuring 72 to 76 cm. The overall height of 78 cm stays below the table edge and allows the chair to be pushed in fully. The width of 51 cm and depth of 53 cm provide enough seat space without taking up much room.
The chair is stackable and can be stored and transported in a space-saving way. The smooth plastic surface is resistant to moisture and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The light weight makes it easier to move around and handle setup and teardown for changing events.
