This wok pan has a high, evenly curved rim and a deep base curvature. The long handle ends in a light wooden grip that does not heat up significantly even during extended use. The interior surface is dark and smooth.
With a diameter of 36 cm, the pan offers enough room for larger portions. The high rim shape allows for the typical tossing and stirring of Asian dishes without ingredients falling over the edge.
The long handle keeps distance from the heat source and makes handling easier even when the pan is full. The pan is suitable for use over open flames, gas burners and other heat sources in catering operations.
