This salad counter combines a rustic wood look with functional foodservice equipment. The body consists of three stacked beams of light softwood, with the long edges showing the natural bark. This gives the counter a natural, unaltered character.
The white work surface on top holds six Gastronorm containers. The cutouts are rectangular and arranged in a row. A white back panel at the rear serves as a splash guard and visually completes the counter. At 200 cm wide, the counter provides space for an extensive salad buffet or an appetizer display.
The height of 90 cm corresponds to a standard working height and allows guests to reach items comfortably. The wooden construction is sturdy and freestanding. Whether the counter is refrigerated cannot be determined from the photo; this depends on the containers used.
The counter is suitable for buffets at corporate events, weddings, and catering events where a natural wood look is desired. It fits alpine lodge settings, country house events, and rustic markets.
