ZIGGY Armchair

The ZIGGY armchair is a compact seat cube with a fully upholstered body in anthracite. Seat, backrest and side walls are joined into one closed unit, and the upholstery is smooth with no visible seams. The frame consists of two parallel flat-steel runners in chrome, each forming a rectangular bar at the front and rear. The runners run along the outside of the side walls and give the armchair a stable footing.

The dimensions are 58 × 58 cm for the footprint and 70 cm overall height. The low backrest reaches about halfway up the back and provides support without blocking the view. The closed side walls define the seating area and create a calm zone without dividing the room. The seat height is not stated separately, but can be estimated as low based on the construction. The armchair is suitable for lounge areas and waiting zones, and less suitable for workstations.

The runner frame makes the armchair freestanding and accessible from all sides. The chrome surface is smooth and can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The upholstery feels firm and holds its shape, and the cube form allows several armchairs to be placed at right angles or in a row. Whether the cover is faux leather or genuine leather cannot be determined from the photo. The surface is smooth and matte.
