The AIKO is an armchair with a shell-shaped seat that connects the back and armrests in one continuous curve. The cover is made of light gray fabric, and the seat carries a loose cushion. The frame is made of chrome-plated metal and ends in four angled legs that extend outward and are arranged in a delicate wire construction.
The width of 66 cm and depth of 57 cm make the armchair compact enough for tight spaces, without making the seat area feel cramped. The seat height of 46 cm is within the standard range and allows easy standing up. The overall height of 69 cm keeps the backrest low enough to fit under table edges and not block sightlines in the room.
The chrome-plated wire frame gives the armchair a light, graphic look and is easy to clean. The shell shape provides side support without requiring additional padding. The light gray fabric cover is resistant to signs of wear and works with a range of color schemes.
