The Alcove Plus Highback is a sofa that forms a screened seating alcove through its high side walls and a back that rises well above head height. Two continuous seat cushions provide room for three people. The entire construction, including seat, back and side walls, is upholstered and covered in a dark, anthracite-colored fabric. The enclosed form dampens noise from outside and creates a retreat space.
The high walls screen conversations and direct attention inward. This makes the sofa a quiet zone at trade shows, in lounges or in waiting areas. Those seated here stay to themselves without having to leave the room. The dark color blends unobtrusively into a variety of settings.
Casters are mounted on the underside. The sofa can be moved without having to be lifted. For setting up a lounge or rearranging an area during an event, this is a practical advantage. The upholstery is continuous, with no visible seams or breaks.
This sofa is suitable for trade show booths with a meeting area, for lounges at conferences, or for retreat zones in foyers. We deliver nationwide, on request with matching side tables, rugs and other lounge furniture, with setup and pickup included.
