The ASPEN buffet consists of a closed white cabinet body with a continuous worktop. The surface is smooth and seamless, and the side panels run without visible handles or openings. The top features a recessed well that can be used to install equipment or as a surface for placing items. The unit is rectangular in shape and sits on a base zone that runs around its perimeter.
With a width of 150 cm, a depth of 80 cm and a height of 95 cm, the buffet offers a generous work surface. The 95 cm height is within the usual range for buffet furniture and allows comfortable working and serving. The 80 cm depth provides room for several rows of chafing dishes or warming containers side by side. The closed body conceals supplies, equipment and cables.
The white, matte surface is resistant to fingerprints and can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The closed design keeps guests from seeing into the work area and creates a tidy appearance. The buffet can be combined with additional modules into a continuous buffet line.
