The ASPEN buffet module is a closed, white body with two built-in chafing dish inserts. The top holds two rectangular stainless steel containers with lids that keep food warm. The paneling is fully enclosed and constructed seamlessly, with a smooth, matte surface on the front and sides.
At 150 cm wide, 80 cm deep and 95 cm high, the module offers a comfortable working height for service staff and guests. The 80 cm depth provides room for the chafing dish inserts and leaves enough space for cutlery, plates and napkins on the serving surface. The 95 cm height corresponds to a standard cocktail table height and allows easy access.
The module can be connected with additional ASPEN elements to form a continuous buffet line. The closed construction conceals equipment, cables and supply containers and gives a tidy appearance. The white surface is wipe-clean and suited to catering use.
