This bain-marie cart is a mobile food warming cart made of stainless steel. Three 1/1 GN gastronorm pans are set into the top and kept warm by an electric water bath. The control panel with rotary knobs is located on the end and allows temperature control. Below the pans runs a continuous stainless steel shelf that provides space for dishes, cutlery, or supplies.

The cart measures W 122 × H 90 cm and provides space for three full GN pans side by side. The working height is within the usual range for standing work. The pans can be removed individually and cleaned.

Four swivel casters, two of them with locks, make the cart mobile. It can be rolled to the point of use, locked in place, and moved away after use. This saves changeover time and allows use at changing locations within an event.

The bain-marie cart is suitable for buffets at meetings, food service at corporate events, or caterings with hot food. We deliver nationwide, on request with matching kitchen accessories, dishes and cutlery, setup and pickup.
