This crêpe utensil set consists of two parts: a T-shaped spreader made of polished stainless steel and a knife with a wide, rounded blade. The spreader has a straight handle and two arms angled downward, which spread the batter evenly across the hot plate. The knife has a wooden handle with three rivets and a blunt blade that slides under the finished crêpe without damaging the coating.
Both tools are designed for use on crêpe makers. The spreader distributes the batter in a circular motion, and the knife loosens the finished crêpe from the edge and lifts it off. The wide blade spans the full width of a crêpe and allows it to be flipped in one motion or lifted onto a plate.
The utensil set is intended for use with the Dame 1778, 1779 and 1781 crêpe makers. It is suitable for catering, street food stands and events where crêpes are prepared fresh in front of guests. The stainless steel surfaces can be wiped clean after use, and the wooden handle remains secure in the hand during extended use.
